The history of OKB «RITM»

May, 1980. Special Design Bureau of Medical Information-automated diagnostic systems (Midas) was organized on the basis of the department of medical electronics in Taganrog Radio Engineering Institute. Then it was renamed to OKB «RITM» of Taganrog Radio Engineering Institute (OKB «RITM» at TRTI).

Vladislav Zaharevich became it’s director and head designer. Since 1990, he was working rector of TSURE.

Main research areas was:

• design of automated medical systems for scoring the psycho-physiological condition of the user and the development of equipment of surgical user condition correction with maintenance of physiological parameters within desired limits;
• development of medical information systems and electronic medical devices for the diagnosis of diseases in their early stages.

1993

OKB «RITM» TRTI by a decision of collective was transformed into a limited liability partnership and was no longer a structural unit of TRTI.

1997

OKB «RITM» of Taganrog State University of Radio Engineering was organized at the base of one of the units of LLP OKB «RITM» by decision of the Academic Council. Naguchev Daulet Shabanovich became it’s director. OKB was empowered as a legal entity under power of attorney, and became a part of the University.

1998

Since 1998 the Design Bureau «RITM» actively carries experimental-design works in conjunction with the factory «PRIBOY». It develops new parametric sonar antennas and systems. Creation of parametric sonar systems and antennas becomes the main scientific direction of OKB «RITM» TSURE. From 1997 to 2003, the supervisor of this works was Ph.D. , docent Michael Rybachek. During this time ,several parametric sonar systems and antennas were designed and developed. The working design documentation for the profiler was developed and transferred to the factory «PRIBOY» for prototype manufacture.

2006

Director of OKB «RITM» SFEDU Naguchev Daulet Shabanovich was awarded with the badge «Honorary Worker of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation» (Order of the Minister of Education from 25.12.2006.).

2007

OKB «RITM» TSURE was renamed to OKB «RITM» SFEDU. OKB was empowered as a legal entity under power of attorney, and became a part of the Southern Federal University.

2013

Naguchev Daulet Shabanovich became an advisor of the director.

2017
